Opening of the William H. Follett Nature History Trail



On October 30, 2009 representatives of Suffolk County, the Long Island Chapter of the US Lighthouse Society, and the Nature Conservancy gathered at Cedar Point County Park in East Hampton, NY for the official grand opening of the William H. Follett Nature History Trail. The Chapter wishes to thank and acknowledge the efforts and contributions of Suffolk County Parks Administration and Staff, Chapter volunteers, the Nature Conservancy, the South Fork Natural History Museum, and the Mashomack Preserve.
